He is a passionate and versatile senior mobility leader, with extensive experience in managing and growing high profile start up organisations. Steve has successfully led his last three companies to acquisition with profitable mobility operations.

Peter Riddell
Partner
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in private industry and local authorities and has developed a strong understanding of how successful partnerships are forged, building meaningful connections. Peter has senior level experience delivering successful micromobility operations, developing strategic national and local partnerships for operators, and local authorities.

Lindsay Coulthard

Lindsay is a Senior Manager with extensive leadership, technical, health and safety, administrative and training experience, gained during a record of achievement within the British Army, both in the United Kingdom and overseas. Lindsay has spent the last four years setting up and running operationally and financially efficient micromobility operations in the UK & Europe

Duncan has been at the forefront of micrombility for 15 years. He has led teams, set up operations and grown micrombility businesses in challenging markets, including London. Duncan's passion for cycling and reducing reliance on private cars is always at the centre of his work and is evidenced by a deep understanding of how to balance city needs and operator pressures.
